Hi, my name is Pauline Downie a mother of 2, always busy and guilty of not taking an interest in my fingernails. For which I have paid dearly over the years, having suffered from many fingernail problems.My passion has always been healthy eating and looking after myself, yet for some reason I was always too busy to take care of my fingernails and it showed! I spent years suffering fingernail problems, my nails were dry, would break and chip easily, grow to a certin length and then one would split. Always had a hang nail, ridges on my fingernails except for maybe one or two nails, a fungus infection so bad my middle finger has never quite looked the same again and the list goes on.....
