Fingernails And Health

Improve Your hair Skin And Nails

Your fingernails and health go hand in hand, everyone knows that, and there are many easy ways to improve your hair skin and nails by what you eat and do.

Taking care of your hair skin and nails on the outside, is fine, and good. It is great to take an interest in yourself and want to look your best.

Yet sometimes, too many manicures, pedicures, hair colors and tans can take their toll, and you end up reversing all the good work you are trying to do.

Healthy eating is the key, and whatever you spend on the outside of your body, is nothing compared to what you are putting inside your body.

There are many important vitamins and minerals, you need from food and from supplements, to give you the fingernails and health you really want.

Your body will let you know in many ways, if something is not right. Your hair will be thinner and fall out, nails break easily, rashes appear, pimples make their appearance, you have more wrinkles and your complexion looks dull.

Always wash your hair with a natural shampoo, which does not contain any harmful chemicals, and comb your wet hair with a wide tooth comb. Don't brush wet hair, as you are liable to break hair strands.

For skin, in the evening use natural oils such as rose hip oil and argan oil. During the day use a natural moisturizing cream, and once it has absorbed, put on a mineral sun block.

Nails responds well to massaging oils into them and a buff.

Give your nails and skin a scrub using sugar and lemon juice, this is a great way to remove dead skin cells, and gently massage the sugar into and around your nails and cuticles.

Try to include fresh fruit and vegetables into your diet every day, to help improve your nails and health.

If you find you don't always have the time to eat well, take a wheat grass powder, it is very high in antioxidants and contains every vitamin and mineral you can think of. It is great for your nails and health. Especially, if you are not getting enough green vegetables into your diet.

fingernails and health Everyone wants to have a clear complexion, healthy hair and strong nails. Life can get very busy, and it can be impossible to do all the things you need to do, in order to look after yourself.

Set yourself weekly goals, one week buff your nails, the next give yourself a natural face mask. Aim to eat 1 piece of fruit every day, invest in some supplements like msm and vitamin E, even if they are all you take, you will notice a difference, with your nails and health.

Take notice of how you are breathing, sometimes when we are stressed, we tend to take short breaths, and breathe from the chest area instead of the stomach.

Hair skin and nails can only improve, albeit slowly, but you will look a million dollars in time.

Make it your aim, to improve your health, and have a more beautiful you.
