removing of acrylic nails To remove gel nails, you can purchase UV nail gel remover, this will certainly make the removal easier.

If your acrylics have a gel overlay, you will have to file the top of the nail first, otherwise no amount of soaking will help.

The removal of acrylic nails will leave your natural nails very weak.

Rub some oil into your fingernails to help nourish and condition them. Flaxseed oil, almond oil or solar oil are good ones to use, or you can prick a vitamin e capsule and massage into your fingernails.

Massage your fingernails daily at least 2 to 3 times, this will help them grow strong and healthy.

Wait awhile before you apply artificial nails again, give your natural fingernails a chance to recover, repair and strengthen, so you have lovely strong fingernails once again.

Once you remove gel nails, you may find your natural nails take time before they are healthy and strong again. The same goes for the removal of acrylic nails.
